Weapons Against Discouragement

 


Discouragement is one of Satan’s most powerful weapons, but God has equipped us with spiritual tools to fight back. Prayer, worship, and the Word of God are our greatest defenses. When I remembered to turn to God, get quiet, and listen, I found renewed strength. Ephesians 6 reminds us to put on the full armor of God to stand firm against the enemy’s schemes. The Word is our sword, and God promises to fight our battles.

Bible Verses:

  • “Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.” (Ephesians 6:11)

  • “The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me.” (Psalm 28:7)

  • “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid… for the Lord your God goes with you.” (Deuteronomy 31:6)

Call to Action:
Commit to using God’s spiritual weapons daily—prayer, worship, and Scripture—to overcome discouragement.
