Understanding Free Will and God's Control

Understanding Free Will and God's Control

Exploring the balance between our free will and God's ultimate control over our lives.

Many of us believe that our "free will" gives us complete control over our lives. We make decisions about our careers, relationships, and lifestyles, thinking we're in charge. But is this really the case?

I used to think I was in complete control of my life. But through my journey of faith, I've come to understand that while we do have choices, God is ultimately in control of His creation. Our enemy, Satan, seeks our allegiance and wants us to forfeit our participation in Earth's Final Royal Wedding. But God, in His love and wisdom, allows us to make choices while still maintaining sovereign control.

Bible Verse

"Many are the plans in a person's heart, but it is the Lord's purpose that prevails." - Proverbs 19:21

Call to Action

1. Reflect on areas of your life where you may be trying to maintain complete control.

2. Surrender those areas to God, trusting in His ultimate wisdom and plan.

3. Make choices that align with God's will, recognizing His sovereignty.

Things To Remember

- We have free will to make choices, but God is ultimately in control.

- Our enemy seeks to draw us away from God's plan for our lives.

- Trusting in God's control brings peace and purpose to our lives
