Celebrating Your Worth—Refusing to Be Defined by Others’ Actions

Abuse and rejection can challenge your sense of worth, but God’s opinion is unwavering. “You are fearfully and wonderfully made.” (Psalm 139:14) Saul’s malice didn’t define David—God’s call did. Root your identity in Christ and reject labels put on you by wounded people.

Bible Verses:

  • “I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” (Psalm 139:14)

  • “Nothing… will be able to separate us from the love of God…” (Romans 8:39)

  • “He chose us in him before the creation of the world…” (Ephesians 1:4)

Call to Action:
Affirm your worth aloud and in writing today. Pray for healing from false labels or wounds to your identity.

3 Things to Remember:

  • Your worth is defined by God, not by people.

  • Nothing can separate you from God’s love.

  • God’s call and approval are what matters most.
