Setting Boundaries—Healthy Love Includes Saying ‘No’

Sometimes the healthiest thing is to set new boundaries, especially with Christian friends who take advantage of your kindness. Jesus slipped away to solitary places for renewal (Luke 5:16). “Let your ‘Yes’ be yes and your ‘No,’ no” (Matthew 5:37). Boundaries make space for healing and true friendship.
