Focus: Emotional Triage Series Day 30: Courage for a New Season—Stepping Out in Faith
With a new month, God invites us to step forward with courage. Ephesians 6 teaches that spiritual battle requires boldness as well as endurance. The Proverbs 31 woman faces the future with a peaceful, courageous spirit because her foundation is the Lord. Those in Hebrews 11 acted courageously because of faith, while Romans says we are “more than conquerors” in Christ. God calls you to approach August, and whatever it brings, with a faith that pushes past fear and into trust.
Bible Verses:
“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid.” (Joshua 1:9)
“She can laugh at the days to come.” (Proverbs 31:25)
“We are more than conquerors through him who loved us.” (Romans 8:37)
Call to Action:
Pray for courage to embrace what God has ahead. Name one area where you feel fear, and surrender it to the Lord, trusting Him as you move forward.
3 Things to Remember:
Courage is possible when God is your strength.
Facing uncertainty with faith brings peace.
God goes before you into every new season.
