Focus: Boxing With My Shadows Day 24 | August 28
Unresolved anger can simmer as a dangerous shadow. Cain’s anger led to tragedy (Genesis 4:6–7), but God urged him to do what is right. Paul commands us: “In your anger, do not sin…” (Ephesians 4:26). Proverbs says, “A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger” (Proverbs 15:1). Transform your anger by surrendering it to God and choosing peacemaking.
