Guilt is a shadow that keeps us from joy. The psalmist wrote: “Then I acknowledged my sin to you… and you forgave the guilt of my sin.” (Psalm 32:5) Jesus offered complete forgiveness to the woman who wept at His feet (Luke 7:47–50). Paul confirms, “If anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come.” (2 Corinthians 5:17). Lay guilt at the cross and let God’s forgiveness create a new start.
