Focus: Boxing With My Shadows Day 16 | August 20

Regret is a shadow that can haunt our decisions, but God invites renewal. Joel prophesies: “I will repay you for the years the locusts have eaten…” (Joel 2:25) Jesus gave Peter a new start after his denial (John 21:19). Paul urges us to “press on toward the goal” (Philippians 3:13–14). You are never stuck—God is able to redeem and restore what feels lost.

Bible Verses:

  • “I will repay you for the years the locusts have eaten.” (Joel 2:25)

  • “Follow me!” (John 21:19)

  • “Forgetting what is behind… I press on toward the goal.” (Philippians 3:13–14)
