Focus: Boxing With My Shadows Day 15 | August 19
Shame can keep us boxed in the past, but God’s love calls us to freedom. Scripture assures us: “Those who look to him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame.” (Psalm 34:5) Jesus restored dignity to sinners through grace (John 8:10–11). Paul declares: “There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” (Romans 8:1) Step out of shame’s grip by receiving God’s acceptance and forgiveness.
Bible Verses:
“Their faces are never covered with shame.” (Psalm 34:5)
“Neither do I condemn you… Go now and leave your life of sin.” (John 8:11)
“There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” (Romans 8:1)
Call to Action:
Release one shameful thought or memory to God. Affirm with Scripture that you are forgiven and accepted in Christ.
3 Things to Remember:
Shame loses power in God’s love.
