The Holy Spirit doesn’t just comfort and equip you—He intercedes for you when you can’t find the words to pray. In my own journey, there have been times when all I could do was groan, but the Spirit took those groans and presented them to God. He knows your heart and prays according to God’s will.
Trusting the Holy Spirit means surrendering your pain, your questions, and your battles to Him. He will guide you, heal you, and bring you through every trial. The young woman I helped that night experienced this firsthand—when she couldn’t pray, the Spirit moved her to surrender her life to Jesus.

No matter what you’re facing, the Holy Spirit is with you, interceding and guiding you toward healing and wholeness.
