During one of my most intense spiritual battles, the enemy repeatedly asked, “Who are you?” I declared, “I am a daughter of Jesus Christ!” The enemy tried to remind me of my past sins, but I stood on the truth that my sins are forgiven and cast into the depths of the sea.

The Holy Spirit reminded me of my authority in Christ and helped me confess any unknown sins at the foot of the cross. This battle wasn’t just for me—it was for the young woman I was helping, who gave her life to Jesus that night.

The enemy wants you to doubt your identity and worth. But the Holy Spirit assures you that you are forgiven, loved, and empowered to stand firm in Christ.
