Proverbs 29 Secure in God: Freedom from People-Pleasing
There was a time when I let the fear of what others thought keep me from living out my faith fully. It was debilitating and frustrating. Not living my potential was not honoring my Creator. Proverbs 29:25 warns that fearing people is a trap, but trusting God brings safety.
A re-born identity in Christ frees us from the need to please others and anchors us in God’s approval. The Holy Spirit gives us courage to stand firm, even when misunderstood. Your value and security come from God alone, not from what others think or say.
