Focus: Our choices significantly impact our spiritual lives. We can choose between holding onto grudges or embracing forgiveness.

Personal Story: 

When I was about 8, I remember that several times a lot of my friends were invited to a party but I was not. Why? Because...I was excluded nothing more and nothing less. Sometimes we will not be invited to events just because and I cannot fall into feelings of resentment.

In experiencing exclusion socially early on I found deeper meaning later via faith journey itself tied closely guidance offered comforter/Holy Ghost helping navigate challenges posed unforgiving hearts filled resentment...

Bible Verse: “Bear with each other...forgive as the Lord forgave you” highlights mutual support needed among believers (Colossians 3:13).

Call to Action: Choose wisely today; let go of grudges under the Holy Spirit's guidance. Let go of resentments and focus on finishing the race.
